At Curiously-U, I create spaces where you can bring your whole self. The parts of you that know and the parts that question. Your strengths and vulnerabilities, your grief and your joy, your uncertainty and your becoming.
Many women find their way to me because they sense a quiet pull beneath the busyness of everyday life, a feeling that something within them is asking for attention. They may be standing at a crossroads, navigating change, feeling disconnected from who they are, noticing patterns that keep repeating, or sensing there is more of themselves waiting to be uncovered.
My work is rooted in connection and in the belief that transformation happens when we feel safe enough to meet ourselves fully. I hold space for complexity, creating an environment where you can be messy, wise, uncertain, emotional, powerful and contradictory, and still feel deeply seen, heard and supported.
Through these spaces; transformational coaching, women's circles, astrology consultations and The Journey process, I support women to explore their inner landscape with curiosity, compassion and care. Together, we gently uncover what no longer serves, begin to release what has been held in the body, mind, heart and spirit, and create space for deeper healing, self-trust and lasting transformation.
Working with me is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with who you already are and remembering the wisdom that has always lived within you.

The reading Jo gave me from my birth chart was utterly fascinating. Personality traits, strengths and weaknesses she identified were spot on – and it felt really good just to think about, with Jo’s guidance, those things and the person I am.
Key dates Jo highlighted from my life were indeed significant times for me.
